Made to Order
Every item is produced specifically when the customer orders it. Printful does not hold pre-printed inventory. Most products take about 2–5 business days to produce before shipping.
Shipped Directly to You
Once the order is placed through our store, process will includethe printing, quality check, packing and delivery directly to you. We attempt to fullfil Australian orders through Australian production partners where the product is available locally.
Delivery Times Vary
Production time and shipping time are separate. We currently advise that domestic shipping can take approximately 1–8 business days after fulfilment, depending on the product, destination and shipping method.
Check Your Size
Because merchandise is made specifically for each order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for choosing the wrong size, colour or changing your mind. Damaged, defective or misprinted products are eligible for a replacement or refund under production policy.
